MY BODY HAS OFFICIALLY GOTTEN USED TO EXCRUCIATING HEAT AGAIN. Those first few weeks the heat had me so screwed over, but today was simply a swift.

I noticed that starting off quick in runs is not helpful for me since I burn out yet I always do it. But, today I decided to start off conservative and found it much easier to drop and pick up. Strategy down. Mental strenght, almost there.

I feel so tired and it’s not because of the run. I’m thinking it was because of the freaking sun but I’m not sure. This week has just been so hot.

Wow. I’m not even that out of shape, I just need hammer it and hydrate more because it has been so freaking hot everyday. Even after a ice cold shower I still feel a little drained from the sun.

Not even a minute into my run I started getting chased by a little white dog! I luckily outran him, then his owner retrieved him/her and apologized.

Twenty minutes yesterday and twenty five today. Getting back into it, just building up to get to where I was to start running miles, but it felt easy. Maybe attempt some starter yoga poses and not die, after I finish my homework? Sounds good.

Hot runs + Cold showers = Happy, Carlos.

Short little run to get the legs moving again from not running last week. I felt like a llama. The weather was hella’ nice tho. Tomorrow will be better.
